Delete your Learnheim account or data

In the app or on the web

1. Android app: tap the account button at the top of the Library, open Account and confirm Delete account with your password (accounts made with Google: type your email address).
2. Web: sign in at learnheim.com, open Account (click your email address at the top) and confirm Delete account with your password (accounts made with Google: type your email address).

Without signing in

Write to privacy@learnheim.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

• Your own texts: open the text and choose Delete. Its narration, words, the saved words from it with their review history, and your reading progress in it are deleted with it.
• Saved words: open Vocabulary and choose Delete word next to the word. Its review card and review history are deleted too.
• Anything else (for example your reading progress in library texts): write to privacy@learnheim.com from the email address of your account and say what to delete. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleted data is gone right away; it only remains in logs and database backups until they expire (see below).

What is deleted with the account

Everything at once: your account and email address, your own articles and their narration, saved words, reviews, reading progress and settings. Renewing subscriptions are canceled first. Logs that expire on their own (sign-in attempts after 2 days, hosting request logs after up to 30 days) and database backups (7 days) are not kept longer than that. Details: privacy notice.
